Which Maxi Cosi car seat for Bugaboo Bee Plus?

Have my Bee plus and will be buying car seat after Xmas (am 29+4).

Am looking at the Pebble but some things I have read suggest this might not fit with the adaptors, although I may be reading out of date info.

Does anyone have the Pebble? If not, which Maxi Cosi seat do I need to get to work with my pram? Also which adaptors?

I will be using it with a seatbelt, and am also nit sure of the difference between cabriofix and isofix?

Well the Cabriofix will definetly work...Isofix is a system fitted to cars whereas the car seat clips into the isofix system...I'm lead to believe the Pebble system comes with a base that clips into the Isofix...Then the seat clips in and out...The base can then be used with the stage 1 Pearl car seat once baby is big enough...Mothercare catalog says the Pebble can be used with regular 3 point seat belts...From looking at the catalog everything is interchangeable with the Cabriofix seat...It's the family fix isofix base that can be used with both the Pebble and the Pearl but not much use if your car doesn't have Isofix...As for the Bugaboo adapters i couldn't say but i'm guessing Maxi Cosi would have made sure they hadn't changed that part of the design...Maybe email Bugaboo or Maxi Cosi.

Just a thought but the recommendation is that newborn babies shouldn't be in a car seat for more than 2 hours at a time. We've got a Bee and it is so easy to put up and down that we never used the car seat adaptors and it meant that we weren't having to cut short our trips out. For trips out, you'd need to include all the time in the car there and back as well as the time actually for the trip. 2 hrs can fly by!

maxi cosi car seats discounts online at boots.com at mo and if you use PCTA97 you can get another 20% off.

Am fairly certain both pebble and cabrio fix bugaboo bee.

If you take them out for 5 minutes then they can go in for another 2 hours. Not ideal - better to lie flat or be carried - but doable.
