Will be renting out my place and as part of that am renovating it. It's a relatively small flat and will have no gas boiler but just electric heating.
I was thinking of a monobloc mixer tap for the bathroom basin.
The basin will have a electric undersink water heater to provide the hot water. The potential issue is that the cold water pressure will be much greater than the hot and the water could be too cold. I'm therefore thinking of something like the below (one spout but two controls). Does anyone have any experience of these?
