Just looking for anyone who has used Airbnb to rent out their own home/room in home etc. Really just looking for any information on how easy the site is to use and just general info..... any advice/ info appreciated

If you have a mortgage, does your mortgage provider allow it if you are renting out the whole place. You'll need suitable insurance too.
