Need advice urgently on Coombevale proximity to Cambridge Estate

Hi, We have been looking at houses in Kingston. Is the area near Orme Road/Kenley Road/Arundel Road too close to the cambridge estate to be concerned?

We are not familiar with the area and honest open advice would be much appreciated! Info on anti-social elements, crime incidents, safety at night etc.

Its less than a 5 min drive from the cambridge estate and about a 15 min walk. That felt too close for comfort on the map - but people who live around there would know better.

I live ten minutes walk from Norbiton station (Canbury) and I've not been aware of the Cambridge estate at all. I guess it would be 20 minutes walk away?

You could post it in local - Kingston upon Thames though as it might be more easily seen there by other locals.
