Bathroom sink with no tap hole and wall hung cupboard - help!

Hi everyone

Doing up 60's bungalow, found the threads on here super helpful, especially the marathon bifold doors one!

So, we would like to have the taps that come directly out of the wall. Found a bath with no tap hole no problem, sink is totally different.

Can anyone recommend a sink with no tap hole with a wall hung vanity unit underneath?

Thanks :)

Hi there, I was after something similar yesterday to match my new white p-shaped bath my partner installed. I found this on a new bathroom suppliers site, goplumbdirect.com

www.goplumbdirect.com/wall-mounted-basin-pedestal/1023-premier-w600-x-d400mm-high-gloss-white-wall-mounted-basin-unit-vtww600-5055369002238.html?search_query=wall+mounted&results=305

I'm not sure if it will match your current bathroom style but it certainly matches my all white bathroom Smile. Beige basin sink and white bath just doesnt go well haha

I hope this helps.

Janey thank you. That is Perfect! But it has a tap hole and I need a sink without, did you buy it without a tap hole?

Have recently had just such a thing installed - bought it on Victorian Plumbing (not Victoria Plumb) - was a bit worried about the quality as it was dead cheap but it looks great in-situ. Looks just as good as a much more expensive version we have in our downstairs cloakroom as does the loo we got from them.

This is it: www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/costa-600-x-370mm-counter-top-basin-0th-ves009.aspx

Thanks Anna, we wanted to try and avoid the bowls on counter tops but looks like we might just go that way.

Great to know about the quality

Bathroom is more difficult than kitchen!

If it's any consolation we agonised for ages about every little detail but I'm glad we did because our bathroom is pretty much perfect - in no small part thanks to 2 great workmen (builder & plumber) - the plumber especially was really meticulous about the details.

Hi FT,

Sorry! Only just got back on here, we asked for bespoke products from go plumb direct they had a bath specially made for us.

I hope this helps.

Duravit have loads of sinks, loads of differing sizes and you can specify without tap holes for many. They have excellent under sink cupboards too. Very high quality and not cheap, but last forever.
