hire manual labour in Tunbridge wells to move heavy furniture

Hi , we just moved to T wells from London yesterday. We rented a van and moved all our stuff outself. But the problem is that we can get our superking mattress upstairs and a piano we had wouldn't get I to the hall!!!Could someone recommend where I can hire a few people who could use some extra cash for helping us move these stuff please?
