Help! Shutters recommendation in London

Help! After waiting for 3 months to get our shutters manufactured and then 2 weeks to get an appointment for them to be fitted, finally today's the day. But sadly, they don't fit!!!! It's so frustrating as we really wanted to get nice shutters before Christmas.

Anyway, we are now desperately in need for some recommendations for shutters company which are reliable, good quality and ideally reasonable in price. Would really appreciate your help. It's been a horrible and terribly unlucky year with all renovation work since we moved in earlier in the year. Thank you!

We had Thomas Sanderson - wooden ones are lovely but I wish we hadn't bothered with the upvc ones.

AffordableShutters in Deepcut, think they cover London.
Had them installed a while ago, measured, fitted fine.
