They look very amateur, not really selling the house very well at all.

:o

I love the Messy Kitchen/Clean Kitchen thing. And I'm pleased they showed us the top of the banisters in such detail - easy to miss that sort of thing. Good heads-up on the subsidence caused by tree roots issue the buyer will have, too.

I think it's probably a nice enough house but the agent had managed to photograph it from the worst angles possible.

Picture 11 is very strange. It's like the EA has applied a weird texture effect to the brickwork that doesn't seem to be there in picture 1.

What makes a pretty standard house an 'executive' house?!

Report
Unexpected · 23/04/2014 12:25

Never mind tidying the kitchen, between pic 1 and pic 10 someone has erected scaffolding all over the front of the house?!

Report
RandallFloyd · 23/04/2014 12:29

I love the before & after photos of the kitchen!

Also a handy photo of the bins.

Not really 'selling' it are they.

I like the bathroom Smile

But why would you photograph a house with scaffolding all over it, it just makes people think that the house could have a leaky roof. And that first photo is terrible. Were they taken with a camera phone as there's no flash in evidence.

And why does photo 11 have all the windows open as far as possible? To show that they open? To get rid of a smell?

I feel for the poor bugger who had to close them all again.
