Third time lucky with our house sale.

I posted a few weeks back about our third attempt to put our house on the market, the thread was sadly deleted because of troll posts from another site.

Well already I am full of hope, we have alreay had four viewings with one putting an offer in just a few hours ago, it's was only £10k short of what we are asking, so fingers crossed, I am so happy (smile).

There is a much better feel this time around, already this year the news seems positive in the media, could we be moving this year?

Has anyone else got their home on the market, and how are you finding things?

Great news! Was that the thread about house prices? I saw that got a bit heated!

This is our first week and we have 7 viewings. I am exhausted. Feedback is good, so I'm hopeful!
