Getting rid of building dust - how much for professional clean?

Having read the thread about cleaning up building dust I've decided that perhaps I'll make my life a bit easier and hire people in to clean before we move in. Having never hired anyone to clean anything ever, anyone know roughly how much I should expect to pay for a 3 reception 3 bed house? I'm in the southwest...

Don't forget even after a good cleanup dust will continue to settle out of the air for some time after.
