Kitchen paint colour help

Hi,

I'm hoping someone maybe able to help me work out which colour to do our kitchen. It's a rectangle shape kitchen about 12 ft by 20ft. The windows are all at the bottom end so it means the top end can feel dark. The kitchen units we have are the cream ones linked to and we have cherry gloss work tops, plinths etc. the cream colour is a clotted cream colour so quite yellowy. The bottom end of the kitchen opens to lots of windows and doors so that part is light.

currently the kitchen is painted dulux natural wicker and the tiles are squares of cream, mocha and coffe colour.

I like the look of aubergine/wine colour with green so thinking in my breakfast room I may go for a wall of wall paper similar to this www.johnlewis.com/231195807/Product.aspx
Or this www.johnlewis.com/231195778/Product.aspx.

But then I'm stuck as to what colour paint to do with it. I need a colour to paint the kitchen which matches with the wallpaper and kitchen cupboards and a lighter tone to paint the seating area which comes off my kitchen but has minimal natural light.

Thanks for any recommendations
