And I like it, but we are not agreeing what price to offer. Any hints on how is best to decide?

Zoopla?

It seems to show fairly large area of price for very similar houses. What should I look for? Also there are 2 houses on the same street up at the moment! I like one more but the other has a bigger garden.

Zoopla seems to be very driven by sold prices. I'm househunting and have found it useful, but only really where it had some sales data to work with.

We offered £190k on a £230 house once, because of Zoopla. We got laughed at refused and slunk away with our tails between our legs, but 6 months later idly looked for its sold price - and they eventually took £192k!

They're quite close in price - has one been on for longer than the other? Property Bee might tell you?

Thanks

Pics on the first one are a bit blurry, but the rooms look a decent shape / size. Second one looks really claustrophobic and long with the furniture along the walls I would feel a bit like living in a barge.

Yeah, they are both the same house, but one has had a hall put in and the other is far more open. But the hall one has a much better garden.
