Should I get a pre-approved mortgage before property hunting? Anyone knows a good mortgage dealer or good deals in London?

I use these:

and they have been very good for myself and my family.

I also understand that London & Country

www.lcplc.co.uk/

are also very good.

Sorry, and yes I would get an agreement in principle before looking so you at least have an idea of your max budget, and affordability.

L&C sorted out my mortgage last time and have just contacted me to remind me after almost 5 years that the fix ends in January, and to contact them again.

They are efficient and pleasant to deal with, and I was doing it from abroad, so was impressed with them.
