Pink subway tiles

I am looking for pink subway tiles for an Edwardian style fireplace.
I have found them on American websites, but the order volumes/shipping costs are exorbitant.
Does anyone know of any UK suppliers?

do you mean like metro tiles? Try wallsandfloors or tonsoftiles. Brilliant service from wallsandfloors

Yes, small tiles laid in a brick pattern.

www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/category/brick-metro-tiles/ Scroll down - a pink one on here. They'll send samples upto the value of £1.

i also just got sample from above but in white. if you want the smaller ones then go for the victorian vintage www.tonsoftiles.co.uk/victorian-retro-metro-pink-gloss-wall-tiles-75x15cm-p-117.html?osCsid=3ee34c7f5b571ae660f72d815a121b2d they are a really nice size as the bevelled edge is quite prominent

Any of these any good? We are about to get some from this company (but square) for new kitchen, and the tiles are really beautiful in the flesh. Went to a local stockist (Hertfordshire) to see them in person.

Thanks so much wigeon. They are beautiful and I love the raspberry colour. I will need to find stockists.

we used Johnson's prismatics tiles and they were excellent. very good quality, nice colours and they do the type you want (i think- rectangular?)

johnson's tiles

if you click on pink it'll show the whole selection

btw, most of the tiles come in all the different shapes and sizes, so if you click on one of the square ones nd then on "more details" it will tell you if it also comes in the rectangular size

the wallsandfloors ones are Johnsons prismatics as well.

ahh there you go then! they're clearly the winner! Grin

you can buy direct from johnsons, but if you want to see them in the flesh homebase stocks them (at least, our local one does) and all 3 of our local tile shops... they seem to be everywhere!

Pleased to help! I can tell you the stockist in St Albans, or their website appears to have a "search stockists" facility.

I am currently in Northern Ireland and this facility does not seem to work. I am having samples sent to a mainland address.
