For pure entertainment, and no advice, who would like to place bets on dd's next reading book?

DD reads orange band at home but pink at school(she won't talk about the pictures in enough detail) teacher doesn't want to rush through the reading scheme.

We have had 8 Ginn Lighthouse pink A, a couple of Rigby somethings and 7 Ginn Lighthouse pink B. So what comes after book number 8? (they only have grey ort, so ort books are not likely, unless its more grey... )

(This is an "if you don't laugh you would cry" thread so please humour me Grin even if it is with a "There, there dear, it doesnt matter." in best patronising voice....)

I have no idea what book you will get but I am comforted to hear that others have dcs who read at a higher level at home than they do at school. Grin
