Hunger Strike....

Hi just wondered if anyone could advise me...
My DS is 6 months now (4 months corrected) and on hunger strike yet again. This happened about 5 weeks ago at first- he absolutley refuses milk from a bottle/cup/spoon. If some slips in he just spits it out. The only time we manage to get milk into him is at night when he's sleeping. When this first happened, after 3 days, I tried him on baby rice which he lapped up. Now I can only get solids into him. Its also the only time I can get water into him- spooning it in along with the solids.
I've been feeding him an icecube of fruit with a little cereal in the mornings and then 2 icecubes of veg with rice in the evening. Sometimes he'll take a small bottle at lunchtime but usually only about 3oz. Have tried not feeding him solids at breakfast but he wont take bottle instead and just cries.
He weighs about 15lb now and is alert but his lips have started cracking and I'm worried he's dehydrating.
He's a bit constipated at the moment - which probably puts him off eating but any ideas what I can give him to get him moving? Tried water/apple juice water/brown sugar - he just spits it out. Parsnip hasnt worked either.
