Mini pill and possible pregnancy

Okay, on the off chance I might possibly be pregnant having missed the 12 hour window once in the last week, should I keep taking the pill or stop until absolutely sure I'm not? Or am? gulp

I have a 10mo ds, we're not in any way ready financially for a 2nd, so I've no idea what we'd decide to do if I was preggers, and am very much hoping I'm feeling a bit off for... well, pretty much any reason. I think it's highly unlikely but am aware these things do happen and it just struck me I might need to stop taking the pill anyway to be on the safe side?
