Does anyone have any advice for relaxation techniques, even if it's something silly that works for you?Litterally EVERYTHING is getting my blood boiling these days and it takes me ages to calm down! I'm worried about what it's doing to the baby but find it very hard to settle when I get anxious/angry/tearful..help!

Close your eyes, take deep breaths in through the mouth, out through the nose, and count to 10 in your head? Breathing techniques can be great - if you breathe out really slowly and pause for a second after taking a breath before breathing out then it'll relax you more.

Self-hypnosis can be good too.
