Really sore feet, feel swollen but not

This is driving me bananas. In the evenings (usually) my feet will suddenly get really sore and I look down to expect them to be the size of balloons but they aren't. They don't even look a little bit swollen, but there is pressure etc. like they are. This even happens on days I have barely even been on my feet. It's getting so bad it's keeping me awake and I have to put cooling cream on them, and a fan to try and ease it abit. What on earth is it? I have been heavier than I am now and recently so I don't think it's a sudden weight gain or anything. Thanks

I think its because the extra weight is so concentrated on your stomach that your feet just end up hurting. Mine are the same at 30 weeks but still weigh less that when I started so cant be just the weight!
