Bit far-out maybe, but I wondered whether anyone has used their Moon Phase to conceive or whether they have noticed any other significances re birth dates ?

My Moon phase ( The phase the moon was in when you were born )has been roughly the same around conceiving both times for me.

I am just waiting now for arrival of DC2, whether my Moon phase plays a part in the birth aswell ?

My due date with DS1 was around my Moon phase again, but he was early which conincided with a new moon..... I'm going to see what happens with this one too....

Anyone ? Am i talking total Hippy ?

Oh I don't have a clue about this but very interested, how do you find out which moon phase you were born in? I am about to google this now Don't think you are too hippy, I'm an angel asker so I've been asking the angels when my baby will be here

It's fine I dont mind being mocked... I have seen some relevance in it though... and have definitely noticed things chance around here on a fullmoon !

Go to tycho.usno.navy.mil/vphase.html

I generally use this one, or I think Dacre.net ??

First find out what your birth Moon phase is.

Ie your date of birth and rough time of birth, this should then be (apparently) your most fertile time... ?

Joanne, Sorry if I came accross mocking - I wasn't mocking you at all. I am an angelic reiki master and I talk to them all the time but I just meant I hadn't thought of checking the moon phases before.

Someone had recently commented on the fact that they thought my baby would be here at the last full moon, but it isn't yet! I am genuinely interested so will find out what my own birth moon phase was. Thanks for the links, will deffo read up on this.

Are you into astrology/charts anything like that??

Ok, this is just... interesting.

My own time of birth was 'Virtual Reality Phase of the Moon'

DD concieved during Virtual Reality Phase of the Moon

DS concieved during Virtual Reality Phase of the Moon

Currently 36+4 with DS2, concieved during, you guesed it, Virtual Reality Phase of the Moon

Not sure what it all 'means' but there you have it!

just checked mine and when the LO I'm carrying at the minute was conceived it was a full moon and his due date (2nd April) is also going to be a full moon.....weird, I think it has to be related in some way

Mmmm...

I'me scientific and very skeptical about lots of 'alternate things', but this interests me. DS was born prematurely on a very near full moon. see this

ps I think they all say 'virtual reality phase of the moon' - you have to look at the picture of the moon below it..

I had looked at moon phases when we were trying, as my grandad always beleived it all happens around a full moon, his thing being not to worry about due dates too much, as a baby will come after 9 full moons, please dont pick me up on it as he has been dead a long time and I cant really remember all he said.
But I had said to mu hubby that we were in a full moon and we joked that was the night for conceiving, Im now 5 weeks. So will be checking the moons for the due date.
