Fingers getting fatter - leave wedding ring off or on?

Just wondered if other peoples fingers are getting increasingly fatter through their pregnancy and if so what are people doing about their wedding ring?

I'm struggling to get it off these days (26 weeks and addicted to real butter and jam on toast...), so not sure whether to just leave it on, knowing it's going to get stuck on there until I lose the weight (will I cut the circulation off to my finger if I do that?), or whether to leave it off knowing I probably won't be able to get it back on for quite a long time...

What are other people doing?

OH bought me a nice strong gold chain and I wore mine round my neck. There was no way I could have kept them on my finger!

I've had to stop wearing one of my rings at 35 weeks. My wedding ring and engagement rings are narrower though, so still come off fairly easily. I'll stop wearing them before risking them getting stuck though; it could cut circulation and I think they'd possibly have to cut the ring off

Take them off before they start feeling too tight. I did get mine off once they were a bit tight but it took a lot of work.

take them off asap

I couldn't wear my wedding or engagement rings beyond about 20wks - dh bought me one plain silver band and one with a cz in my new size as I felt so naked without them

You need to take it off now.

It could become way too tight and would need cutting off.

Oh god, I have taken them off right now! I just thought they might get stuck behind the knuckle without any discomfort but I guess it isn't worth the risk. Good idea about getting a temporary ring to fill the space, I will have to drop some hints

GET THEM OFF!!!

I had a horrible time 2 weeks ago where I couldnt get mine off. I posted on here to ask what to do and lot of people suggested cutting them off

Luckily I got mine off in the end but it was v.painful.
