right i'm sure i have read posts on this, in fact I think i even contributed to one! but can\t seem to find it now. Started having swelling in 'lady bits' since week twenty something, and it would make going to the loo uncomfy. Saw dr who said yeah sucks being pregnant, it happens.
ANyway, i am now 33 weeks and the swelling is soooo much worse!! to the point where it really hurts when i pee. I have made the doc appointment for next week, but am wondering if i will be wasting my time. i have tried using aloe vera gelly (very soothing, but still swollen), and witch hazel (also soothing but again not reducing the swelling).

Im getting to the point where i am paranoid about pushing this baby out incase all my insides follow or i just burst!

Any other sufferers with remedies??

Poss. a varicose vein and unbelievably painful. If you have one of those gel-filled packs for bumps and bruises, put it in a sock and put that inside your knickers. It made the pain ease a lot for me.

A bit about having mr bump in my pants though.

Sympathies as the pain is excruciating.

possibly a varicose vein as redlentil suggests (may affect delivery if very bad but it is rare) or a bartholins cyst. The doctor will examine you when you go next week.
