Movement At 8 Weeks?

I am 8+5 weeks pregnant with DC4 and I am convinced I can feel occasional movements, and have been doing so for the last few days.

It's just that kind of fluttering or popping feeling you get early on, but I am sure it's not wind or something.

Surely it's just not possible though?!

You know - I would say you are mad but the other day I jumped out of my chair because I swear I felt a kick / movement. I am 10 weeks pregnant with DC3 and it was definitely that pop type movement you get. It could have been wind but there weren't any other movements

I'm sure its too early but...

I had similar types of feelings but I think it's down to the uterus itself changing and growing, rather then the fetus.

I am sure I started feeling little movements about 8 ish weeks with this preg (DC4). Saying that though, I have read that after a few children, the muscles and stuff are a bit looser and you are more aware of your body so it could just be air in your intestines that you're feeling... If you weren't pregnant, you wouldn't even notice them.... Who knows - nicer to think that it is baby

I do feel like I am bit mad. However, I am wishfully thinking that this could be a twin pregnancy and I know movements would be felt much earlier, just not sure how early.

I do have much 'stronger' symptoms than with my previous pregnancies, worse morning sickness (didn't realise it could have been any worse! ) much more tiredness, cramps in my lower abdomen and extremely sore/sensitive and swollen boobs. I can't even stand to wear a bra, which at 36G to start with isn't a great thing!

I have lost half a stone already through morning sickness, but it seems to have evened out now, despite still being sick even when not having eaten anything.

I think it's possible - I started feeling this one (DS2) at about 9 weeks and was feeling strong kicks by 14 weeks. He never stays still though so that's probably the reason lol!

Aw, come on, no way!

I think belgo is right with the uterus changing.
