Personal trainer during pregnancy

Hi, before I got pregnant I always loved going to the gym and did this very regularly. I have not really managed to get into a rythm since I am pregnant so I thought of treating myself and hiring a personal trainer. Has anyone done this and can you recommend anyone in London?

Your local gym should have a personal trainer who is trained in working with pregnant women. If not, whereabouts in London are you? If you look on www.pushymothers.com - they do post natal work outs (mums and buggies) but your local instructor might be able to recommend a personal trainer in your area...

Vez if you're still looking let me know, I can recommend my old PT. She is currently 20 weeks pregnant herself and is fab. She's based in Dulwich but trains clients (mostly outdoors) in various parts of south London and at her boxing gym.

Also might be worth giving Premier Global a call, they are the absolute best training school for PTs, that's where I did my training, and they always stay in touch with past students so should be able to put you in touch with a trainer in your neighbourhood.

I don't have their number to hand, but if you google them, and get the contacts for their London Academy at Finsbury Park they should be able to help you.
