the angry monster!

so new thread.

Im preg 10 weeks with baby number 3. my other two are nearly three and the other is 15 months. Today I have been unbelievably angry. I snapped at my eldest son after i turned round to see him spitting/blowing on my lunch, in hindsight he was just trying to cool it down for me as it was hot but i snapped and shouted at him, i even swore! this morning the eldest again hit me in the eye with a milk carton which really hurt and i lashed out and hit him on the leg, not hard but just a reaction to the pain, was bearly a skim but i have been feeling so guilty all day. hormones are bad yeah, im under a lot of stress im tired and my eldest had an operation last week and was in hospitl for 4 days. I know hitting is not allowed, i have never hit them, and i have never swore at them. I shout yes but who doesnt. feeling so guilty and tired shaky, and coming out of having a bad chest infection also. help?
