NO symptoms at 6 weeks- reassurance please!

I am 5-6 weeks in my 2nd pregnancy and apart from slight increase in weeing I have no symptoms at all. No nausea, no metallic taste, no fatigue, no heightened sense of smell. I've done 2 tests which were both positive but not the strongest lines.
I'm starting to worry that I tested too early and implantation hasn't occurred.

The silly thing is that apart from one spectacular vomiting session at 7-8 weeks I was exactly like this the first time as well. So why am I so much more worried this time?

Anyone else with a symptom free pregnancy?

Enjoy it! At 6 weeks I had no symptoms of note either. They kicked in between 7-8 weeks and lasted until I was 14 weeks.
A BFP is a BFP no matter how faint the line.

Congrats!

You're right- I should be pleased that I'm feeling well! DH thinks I'm mad for wanting morning sickness and reminds me of my SIL who vomited all the way through 2 pregnancies. I will try to relax a bit. Thanks.

I had no symptoms really of note at all (1st preg) - I never had any sickness or nausea, I was a little tired but I probably wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't been aware I was pregnant! Suppose boobs were a bit sore for a week or so but that was it. I think I was just lucky! You may never get them in this pregnancy... I am now 28+6.

I'm 8.5 weeks, symptoms (nausea) started at 7 weeks, so enjoy while your are symptom free! I have had 2 previous pregnancies, when I was pg with DD was like this, nausea started at 7 weeks, but when I was pg with DS I had almost no symptoms at all! Don't worry and be thankful you are not feeling sick as its no fun at all!

You're all right (as is my DH). I will enjoy it while it lasts.

And Kingsroadie- I'm afraid I got to about 30 weeks or so with no symptoms, then got killer heartburn and legs swollen like tree-trunks! Hopefully you'll escape that as well. Though I would still take that over nausea and vomiting.

Thanks all.

I had very few symptoms with DS1 and he turned out ok! No sickness at all except one wobbly moment in French Connection at about 11 weeks. So perhaps you really are on of the lucky ones...or this time next week you'll be saying 'oh woe is me I feel so sick!!'

I am at the killer heartburn and leg swollen stage now with DC3 - I agree, better than throwing up any day!

FaintlyMacabre - argh! Fingers crossed I do escape that... I haven't been entirely free of troubles though - I have scoliosis which is, needless to say, worsened by pregnancy, and have had constand back pain now for about 6 weeks which has had me in tears so hopefully that is my "symptom". We'll see! Hope you're feeling more relaxed now.

Ive just been for my 12 week scan today - 2nd pregnancy and I felt like there was going to be nothing there! I didnt quite believe it until I saw it for myself on the screen. As with first pregnancy I have had no sickness at all, thr only symptoms were sore boobs for few weeks. And luckily there was only one as twins run in the family [BIG PHEW] so dont worry. For some reason I feel more worried this time too but dont know why. Its not just you!

I was the same - didn't have any pregnancy symptoms but was almost wishing that I felt sick as some evidence that there was really a baby in there. Now 37 weeks so no mistaking it! After being sick with food poisoning a few weeks ago I'm so thankful I avoided morning sickness. One day was more than enough for me.
