Hi,
I'm hoping someone can give me an answer on this? I've been suffering with back pain for about a week and the only thing that helps is heat - paracetamol is useless to me! In the house I can just heat up my microwavable bear and put him on my back but I'm out all tomorrow. Does anyone know if Nurofen Heat Patches are ok - there's no medication in them but it says to consult doctor or pharmacist anyway if pregnant? I've had no complications or problems at any point so far.
My midwife's phone has been off all day, NHS direct are only accepting urgent calls and when I rang my local Boots and spoke to a pharmacist they said they couldn't advise and suggested my midwife. I don't wanna bug my GP over something so trivial but I'm not sure who's left to call?
Thanks for any opinions,
Sophie
