Mamas and Papas delivery nightmare

Just thought I'd let you know of our experience.

We just purchased our cot last weekend after much searching settled on one from M&P.

We received 2 of 3 boxes yesterday, 1 box went missing and was not delivered. they are redelivering next week but at complete inconvenience to us as we both work Mon-Fri and don't have anyone to go wait all day for a package which should have arrived yesterday.

M&P use DHL who will deliver on a saturday, but M&P are refusing to do so as it will cost them more.

They say they are assisting by redelivering (a parcel that they lost!!)next week, and we should be grateful for that.

So mad as we just spent a bloody fortune in their shop. Tempted to tell them to take it all back.

Is it just us or has anyone else experience difficulties?

We bought from M&P as we thought (wrongly) that we were buying from a reputable shop who actually gave a stuff about thir customer, unlike many online retailers. How wrong we were.....I would not recommend to anyone based on our expeience.
