Any thyroid experts out there? Just seen my GP, TSH low

I assumed when my midwife said my thyroid looked low she meant the T4 levels but have just seen my GP and my TSH is 0.09. T4 is 15.4 so ok. I am having further tests to check for Graves disease and am being referred on to an obstetrician who knows about thyroid problems.

What I want to know is what this means? I am having terrible palpitations, which the GP said was a symptom of overactive thyroid, but I am also cold all the time, really exhausted and have horrendous morning sickness. Do these relate to the thyroid function?

Also, what treatment am I likely to be given (if any)? Are there risks for the baby?
