oh yes, and i'm only 25 weeks - as i remember from last time, it just gets worse and worse! but then again i did produce a ten pounder at the end of it.

just be pleased it's not summer time as it's ten times worse in the heat.

I remember - stairs were a killer - I felt like I was on 40 a day. Just try and take it easy!

Hello

Fully sympathise- its awful.... and exhuasting.

Im also 30wks and feel like this, generally feel dreadful. Nothing to do with climbing stairs either, usually get waves of lack of breath/ palpatations when im sat down. Actually posted on this early in the week and most advised to see a GP or tell MW.

Yes, I have been breathless from quite early on and recently (I'm 22 weeks) been having episodes where I feel like I really can't catch my breath, feel a bit dizzy/faint and panicky. I mentioned it at my next antenatal appointment and they did some tests to make sure it wasn't anything to worry about and discovered I'm a bit anaemic. I then did some googling and searching on here and found that my symptons matched others who had been anaemic so now on iron supplements. Probably it's just pregnancy, especially as you are now 30 weeks and baby might be squashing lungs/diaphragm but do get it checked out.
