Snoring like a train!

Hmmm. Yep, it's me rather than my dh that is the problem. I even wake myself up .

Any suggestions - a few useful one as well as the expected sarcastic one would be handy!

I'm 31 weeks and have previously only snored when full with cold or full with booze!

Thanks!
Choc

I have been snoring for couple of weeks now, my poor husband wakes up! do not know any cure thhough. I asked MW and did not get any answer.
If you think of the reason why we snore, there is nothing we can do about it. it is really temporary and we are trying to breathe as our body is overworked...

... temporary you say. Well this weekend I met a woman who started snoring for England during her first pg and has continued to do so. Her eldest is now 5!!!

The only solution I have found is to wear those nose strips (which only decreases the volume slightly) and buy DH ear plugs!
