poor you, sounds like an anal fissure bit painful when you poo sometimes a little blood. Try taking an stool softener it should help, while it heals.

i had a fissure nad this hurt!! the best thing I found was ot get something ti soft the poo to allow healing took place - I took fibogel (Spelling??) but don't know if you can have this when preggers. best to start treating it sooner rather than later though

or you could try Anusol which also helps a lot

lactalose - stool softener, like drinking liquid sugar - you can buy it at the chemist
suitable when pregnant and bf

and cannot stress enough - up the amount of water you drink, helps soften poo too
