Just wondered if anyone had experienced this and should I contact my midwife/doctor??

Nothing much to worry about I'd say, but why not contact them anyway if there's any doubt in your mind?

I would say that you should contact your MW.

If it is pink it is probably blood - which must always be checked. Doesn't matter how much or how little it needs checking.

I had something similar. Please go and see someone today. Phone your day assessment unit at the hospital, they should see you on a walk in basis. I don't want to worry you but please do it.

I had similar and my midwife was only too happy to see me & reassure me. I hope all is well

Just had 2 tiny drops of pinkish blood this morning. Called midwife but they said there's nothing they can do. I'm only 6 weeks and 2 days.

If I were you I'd definitely ring a midwife or a doctor and ask them.

I agree with SlightlyMadShrek, any spot of blood should be checked.

I'm 10 weeks pg with my first along-waited for child and had discharge for most of the time. Even went to A&E twice when the bleeding got 'brighter', heavier and lasted longer. All was good and no one can explain the bleeding. Even though the doctor there wasn't impressed with me 'freaking out' since the bleeding wasn't very heavy with clots, I'm glad we went. My gyno told me that every bleeding in pg should be checked! Now I'm just looking forward to my 1st antinatal appt in 2 weeks to have someone to look after me.
