I wonder if anyone else can relate to how I feel?

For the past 2 weeks, I have had what I can only describe as indigestion, it is the strangest sensation, I haven't been sick but on a couple of occasions have felt extremely nauseous. I am eating but I don't really have an appetite. I don't really know what to take, rennies aren't really helping. Its almost like I have knots in my stomach. Its driving me mad, because I have a long commute and I sit a work unable to concentrate because of how I feel.

Does anyone have any advice/tips??

get a large bottle of gaviscon. Down large gulps of it from the bottle as required. HTH!

have you tried having maybe ginger biscuits?? these helped me with my nausea in the first few weeks of preg is this your first baby? only women who have had MS/nausea in preg know and it really is hard to explain to others you will be ok just keep drinking loads of fluids and try having lots of small meals/snacks to see if that helps you nausea is a good sign BTW so dont worry about that
hope that helps and congrats on your pregnancy

sounds like morning sickness.

I felt extremely odd from about 7-14 weeks. I was hungry for food but at the same time didn't really fancy half of what I was offered. I did actually sick up (quite often in fact!) but in between I had feelings like churning butterflies in the stomach.

Constant eating is the way to go - whatever you fancy/doesn't make you feel worse. I nibbled cream crackers and I also found sipping ginger ale helped.

my MS lasted til i was about 16 weeks but it stopped as abruptly as it started-literally!! i woke up one morning after spending most of the previous day vomiting and felt great!! i had terrible heartburn throughout the preg though (this is one of the reasons i tested) and the only thing that helped was sainsburys own brand indigestion tablets!! they were only 89p and fruit flavoured but were like a miracle cure!! i couldnt stomach gaviscon (always thought it tasted like mint flavoured spit )but i would try it and see as you never know it could be your miracle cure

Thanks Ill try anything, I just gulped some gaviscon a moment ago and I think it may have helped a bit - although its disgusting. I think ill also try the ginger biscuits.

Butterflies that is how I'd describe it too! It?s a bit like when you're nervous!

What did you have? Some articles say its worse with girls??!

it varies depending on the preg i think i had a DD and mine was mild compared to some. my friend had awful MS with both of her DCs and shes got a DD and a DS so it definitely varied for her
