Positive test then a negative one!!

Myself my OH have been TTC for two years, last month I had some strange looking tests but AF came 3 days late and not as heavy as usual. I'm due on in 3 days and the past week I've been hungry 24/7 and unable to sleep, sweating constantly! On the way to see some family I threw up in the car (I don't get travel sick) and have been nauseous a lot since but not been sick again. I took a test this morning that appeared to be negative but 10 minutes later there's a strong second line there! I took another test (too anxious to wait until morning) this one is now negative. Any advice would be really appreciated, this would be my first and I've waited so long I'm hoping this is right, thanks in advance!

Early on in pregnancy only your first urine of the day will have a high enough concentration of hormones to give a positive result when you test. That's why the second one could have been negative - weaker, diluted urine.

When I got my first positive I did the test, saw it was negative after 5 minutes and then threw the test away because the time had elapsed. I just knew it had to be wrong though because I felt pregnant. I went back to the test an hour later because i couldn't let it go (rummaging in a bin - so glamorous!!) and it had turned positive. Not an evaporation line either, just a pink line like yours. Sometimes 5 minutes just isn't enough! Test again in the morning and good luck!!
