Clear Blue Digital tests (with week indicator)

Has anyone got any experience with using the Clear Blue digital test with week indicator?

I took one the other day which showed that I am 1-2 weeks. I came off my second contraceptive implant in September, and have never had "regular" periods. On all of the due date calculators it says that they calculate from the first day of your last period (which for me was 25th October), which would make me 6 weeks not 2!

It would be great to hear if anyone has been in a similar position! My 8 week midwife appointment is currently booked for January, I'm just getting a little worried by the way that most websites I've found calculate how many weeks you are!

I'm new to all of this, if that wasn't obvious!

Thanks Grin

They say to add a couple more weeks onto the clear blue tests from what they say! Mine said 3+ weeks and I was 5 weeks :) x

The clear blue tests calculate from the day you conceived not from the day your period started. So you conceived 1-2 weeks ago but you are 3-4 weeks pregnant. Hope that makes sense.

Ah! Yes, that makes sense, thanks BeaRules and AlwaysNeverOnTime !

I still need to get my head around this... bit early to say it's baby brain though Hmm!

I have to say that in my experience, these tests have been really accurate date wise. I had no LMP to go by and when i tested got a 'pregnant 2-3' which was 4-5 weeks. Just been for my dating scan this week and the babys measurements fit with that, now 12 weeks along :)
