Hi guys,
Sorry to post again in the same week (!) but have yet another fun aspect of pregnancy that needs advice.
I've been having pelvic pain for quite a while now and the consultant said I have SPD but didn't really elaborate on what to do about it (physio booked in but quite a wait). In the past few days though it has become SO painful to get up from sitting down anywhere. Like so painful I have to make loud groans even in public and want to cry, then need to hold onto something so I don't fall back down again. It's around the coccyx and such a severe pain/pressure that I'm trying to avoid either sitting or standing which makes life enjoyable...
How do you deal with it and lessen the pain?! When I'm still it doesn't hurt at all so resting doesn't seem to help hugely...
