Breakthrough bleeding

Hi. I've never had breakthrough bleeding in the 12 years I've had my period. All of a sudden, I've had 4 instances of breakthrough bleeding with the past 6 days along with other common pregnancy symptoms, including nausea, lightheadedness, sensitivity to smells, and fatigue. Has anyone else had this in their very early pregnancy before their missed period? Should I take a pregnancy test? Thanks.

POAS. That's the best way to answer your worries. If you're feeling symptoms and you are pregnant you're probably further along so will get a definite answer. Good luck!
