I just don't feel pregnant

Hi; question in the title...I've worked out I'm 6/7 weeks pregnant; midwife appointment booked in 2 weeks but other than positive preg tests I have absolutely no symptoms...no sickness; tender boobs or anything and I'm worried this is pointing to a miscarriage. Any of you lovely ladies feel the same in early preg and continue to a successful one?

I've been exactly the same. I'm 20+3. Still don't have much in the way of symptoms, in fact most days I can forget it's even happening! So don't worry.

I'm 35 weeks on Wednesday and wake up every day and check my bump is still there, if it wasn't for the fact my entire stomach is raving about with elbows, feet and whatnot poking out then I'd forget much of the time. (Well, that and the fact getting up is like watching a beached walrus flail about!)

Don't worry (easier said than done) and enjoy the symptom free time. I never had symptoms from the beginning and it's carried on in the same way, except now I'm rotund and my Dh calls me egg-on-legs.

I didn't feel pregnant...turned out it was twins :-)

I didn't feel pregnant either I got sore boobs at eight weeks but even that was on/off. I was also really tired but that was it, my DD is now 16 months, I even took another pregnancy test at 8 weeks just to make sure I was till pregnant

Took me till about 25 weeks to feel pregnant so I wouldn't worry I had no sickness, boobs felt fine, felt a bit tired at about 10-14 weeks but otherwise wouldn't have known a difference. I'm 35/36 weeks now and would pay good money to feel that comfortable now! Lol

Also forgot to add that until my 12 week scan I was convinced I wasn't actually pregnant because I didn't feel any different and was convinced the tests I took were all in my head lol!!

I had no symptoms with this pregnancy (now nearly 34 weeks) or when pregnant with DS. With DS I was convinced they would scan me at 12 weeks and realise I had made a mistake, the test was wrong etc. It will feel real soon enough - for me that happened when I got a bump at about 23 weeks.

Another one here with no symptoms. Currently 28 weeks with my first and easily forget I'm pregnant some days.
