The kids are bickering, the air is so thick it's like soup, I feel drained, nauseous and dizzy. I'm 38+4 .... :(

I took the kids out this morning but just have no energy now.

Anyone else struggling?

Yes big time here!

I'm 32+3 and been so miserable in this heat - just can't cool down for long enough.

DH took DS to his parents for a few hours to give me a break but not helping.

Cold shower just helped for about 30 mins - still have zero energy.

You feeling any better now?

Not hot or humid here (Scotland). Wish it was so no sympathy from me Wink

God yes! 34+3 and melting here. Have just made DP stand there with the hair dryer on the cold setting blasting me with it in an attempt to cool down. Worked well for 5 mins after he stopped and now I'm sweltering again Sad
