How can we help 34 week pregnant friend?

Our friend is 34 weeks pregnant and has had a couple of bleeds. We've all got two year olds and myself and the other friend have also got 5-6 month old babies too.

I suspect she will be off work from now until the end and I have offered to help with her nursery runs which should be feasible.

If you were here, what other practical (or otherwise) help would you have liked to have received? (She may well be having a c section too so any post baby support advice much appreciated too)

I've just had my third baby, and during the pregnancy I had bad SPD. People from my church came out once a week to do a bit of cleaning and play games with the other two children. It was such a relief because the house was filthy before that, DH's time outside of work was taken up with looking after the children, and I couldn't take them anywhere by myself during the day so they'd been stuck at home for ages.

So maybe some things like that?

Would her family need help with meals? If so, you could perhaps organise a roster of friends to bring her a meal each a week, or thereabouts. Friends organised this for the first week after DD2 was born and it was wonderful to know that we'd be eating a decent meal despite both DH and I being shattered.
