I had and still have the same problem and I'm now 35 weeks. I finished work last week but really struggled in the office especially on hot days. If you can, get yourself some really good compression stockings. They work wonders and really stop the swelling. Take a look on Amazon and eBay and go for high compression ones which are 20mmhg or more.

It's a bit too hot to get black opaque compression tights now but I also bought a pair of over the knee nude compression stockings and wore them under trousers and they helped me get through the working day. Also try and elevate your feet as much as possible when sat at your desk, with a stool under it or something and keep drinking loads of water Smile

I have one of those footrests under my desk which I can rock my feet back and forth on. I got it ordered after a pregnancy risk assessment - your office is probably obliged to complete one.

We've been learning an exercise at my daisy birthing class to help with swollen ankles. I am rubbish at explaining but involves rubbing your legs upward from ankle right up to thigh and then massaging the lymph node at the top of the thigh in a clockwise direction. I'm sure there will be something online that explains it.
