I'm 34 weeks. Getting a lot of niggling, stabbing pain at the top of the bump, on the right hand side (not heartburn - getting plenty of that, too.)
A lot of stuff on the internet suggests this pain is a sign of pre-eclampsia, but could it just be the way the baby is lying?
My last antenatal was about 5 weeks ago, blood and urine were ok then (at least they didn't say otherwise...)
I've had no swelling or anything, but very breathless, and the other day I had spots of light dancing before my eyes for a minute or so, didn't think much of it at the time, but apparently thats a pre-eclamptic symptom too.
I'm going to ask for an emergency doctor's appointment in the morning, but I just wondered if anyone knew anything else it could be?
