kneeling chair with SPD

Anyone have experience of a kneeling chair? I'm 24 weeks pregnant, have SPD (pregnancy related) and some sciatica (which I had before). I'm a part-time office worker and full-time PhD student so I spend most of my time sitting down. Can't get comfortable!! Someone suggested a kneeling chair, but I can't see anything online about whether they're suitable for pregnancy. I'd try anything now :-(

No experience of a kneeling chair but a big gym ball is the only thing I can sit on without pain right now.
