Ideas for a baby shower

Hi, I'm new to mumsnet and hoping for some advice! I'm hosting my baby shower tonight - I've only been to one before and to be honest it was pretty boring! Has anyone got any ideas for a few simple games that we can play? Any ideas much appreciated! Thanks x

Lovely, many thanks Corrina - I'll spend some time browsing. Think I should have been more organised and planned in advance! Today is the first day of my mat leave so I've been putting everything off until now! Thanks again.

I had a baby shower, although it was organised by my friend for me. She did a little chart to guesse. boy/girl, what date and weight. It was really good fun and we had a big box of chocolates as a prize for the person who got it the closest. No one got it right!
