constant upset stomach (tmi)

for the past week i have had the more horrible upset stomach. constant needing to rush to the toilet for either being sick or diarrhoea. I told the consultant today and he went there's nothing he can do about it. but I feel like I've lost so much weight as I'm hardly eating and when I do it goes straight through me. Can anyone recommend anything or tell me what I can do?

I've stopped taking them at 16 weeks as the constipation was killing me, on top of always going to the toilet I am also feeling very sick faint and lethargic. I'm in two minds on leaving work an d not coming in tomorrow. Only been in work since 1 and been to the toilet 4 times.

Are you not on any anti-sickness meds AT ALL? If so, get a new doctor. I'm on Avomine and Prochlorperazine, both safe in pregnancy. Still have upset stomach though, but those pills help loads with the nausea.

I've never suffered with sickness till the past two weeks. I phoned the docs and they went I need to see them so I went to book an appointment and guess what there isn't any for another 2 weeks so I gotta keep phoning till I get one.

Sounds more like a bug than morning sickness if you've got both ends! If you are feeling faint you may be dehydrated. Can you keep any fluids at all down? How is your urine output? Is it really dark? If you are properly ill you need to be taken seriously. I'd call 111 and ask if you need to go to A&E for hydration.

My doctor said I'm probably dehydrated but to keep drinking fluids, which I'm keeping down fine. I do think I have a bug as I keep going fine then cold then really warm.
