headaches... any advice?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have had the worst headache for the last 2 days. My doctor checked me out today and said that there are no other symptoms of pre-eclampsia so I'm not worried about that... but she didn't give me any ideas about how to make the pain go away.

I don't want to keep taking paracetamol - does any one have any suggestions??

Where is the pain. I always get a pain near my temples when I'm dehydrated. It's terrible when I'm pregnant Try drinking some more water, and sleeping more if you can.
It may just be the stress on your body.
