Hi ladies,

Just wondering if any of you can recommend a good quality omega 3 supplement for pregnancy? I'm looking for a separate one, not the one in Pregnacare.

TIA

I take Minami MorDHA because they make extremely high quality fish oils which are made from small fish and highly filtered, so include no mercury, other heavy metals, PCBs etc. They aren't cheap (about £26 for 60) but they are good.

envious - I didn't even pick up on that, another victim of baby brain! Hope it makes you feel better Grin

Flumpty - thank you, I'll read about them too. I'm still a bit undecided as to which one to get.

Also, do you think these are mainly for women who don't eat fish? If I do, will it mean I might end up with too much DHA?

Thanks envious, that was super helpful. How do you buy yours? From Internet or they can be found in pharmacies? I heard it's important because they have to be correctly stored.
