Hi there, for the past 3 days I have been having those "wonderful" signs that labour may start soon... period pains with tightening, extreme lower back cramps, pressure, increased discharge, losing mucus plug... you know those signs that means labour is imminent or a month away! Today I have a new one, it feels like my milk has come in (I have been leaking for months) but my breasts are so heavy and sore! Is this another sign?? I am booked for an elcs at 39+4 and this is DC3

I'd call triage, as if they are early signs they can give you the steroid injections for baby's lungs etc. Hoping your baby stays in longer OP, good luck

Also wondering how you're getting on OP. Hoping that baby stays in at least a month longer for you, hope all is well
