Ive suffered this when breastfeeding but not during pregnancy before. It's not too bad, a small crack in the middle of one nipple but both my nipples feel quite sensitive.
I've been putting Lansinoh cream on which has helped a bit, but would coconut oil or something be better?

Sorry, really not sure on that one apart from giving them plenty of fresh air. Might be a bit difficult if you are at work though
